Stored practice artifacts

Review what ProctorPlus stores today, export your candidate data, and find the controls for supported deletion.

Resumes

Uploaded resumes can be reviewed, analyzed, used for practice setup, and deleted from the Resume surface.

Reports and transcripts

Practice reports may include transcripts, answer signals, score summaries, and AI coaching. They are coaching artifacts, not hiring predictions.

Recordings and media

Media capture consent is requested just before practice. Recorded-answer replacement keeps the previous saved answer until a new upload succeeds.

Find sessions

Retention, export, and deletion

Raw recorded video is kept for 30 days, live source transcripts for 90 days, and coaching reports or completed recorded sessions for 365 days. Resumes remain until you delete them or delete the account. Required billing and tax records follow their statutory retention period.

Stored practice sessions

Delete a recorded session with its media and transcript, or remove a completed live session's evaluation and report. Active live sessions must be exited or cancelled first so reserved credits are handled safely.
